The JIANPIN range of duct access doors is designed to provide easy and speedy access to smoke, fire and volume control dampers, coils, filters and other air conditioning and ventilating equipment mounted inside ductwork.
The range of five sizes have been carefully selected to provide different degrees of access from single handed to head and shoulder entry.
JIANPIN access doors are of double skin "sandwich" construction complete with 20mm thick high density insulation and are sealed to prevent any insulation migration.
Description
Access door for rectangular duct.
The range of rectangular access doors are designed to provide access to all in-duct equipment for inspection, maintenance and duct cleaning. All doors are of double skin construction using 0.7mm galvanized steel. A PVC compression gasket fixed to the door eliminates air leakage. A positive seal is achieved by the use of camlock fasteners.
Specification
Frame, manufactured from 0.7mm prime galvanized steel.
Door, double skin construction using 0.7mm prime galvanized steel.
Insulation, 20mm thick insulation.
Gasket, heat welded PVC extrusion gasket ensures a tight seal.
Camlocks, the cam and latches are zinc coated. Each cam is secured to the door with a rivet. The latch is securely fastened to the frame.
